Assigning File to the menus

After creating menus you need to assign file to that menu so that you will be able to move to that file by clicking on the menu.

Prescient Author allows you to assign file to the menus.

Following are steps to assign files to the menus

1. Right click on Menus option in Module Section of Project Tree. Select Create Menu option. OR click on the Menus button on the Prescient Author Navigator dialog box.
2. You can select the menu to which you want to assign the menu and click on Assign File button. Assign File dialog will be displayed.
3. Specify the module from Module combo box in which the file you want to assign to the menu is present.
4. Select the type of the file from File Type combo box.
5. You may select UI form from UI Forms combo box.
6. Select the file from Aspx File combo box.
7. Click on Ok button.
