Add Data to Dashboards

1. You can assign Form/ Report, Plain/HTML text or Menu to the Dashboards .
2. To assign forms/reports select Forms/Reports radio button, To assign text select HTML radio button or To addssign menu select Menu radio button.
3.  If you select HTML radio button then you need to specify text in the text box displayed after selecting Static Text radio button.
4. Specify the width and height for the data assigned to the multi report in Width and Height text box.
5. If you select Forms/Reports radio button then you have to specify the Form/ Report to be assigned to Dashboards.
6. You can select module in which the form or report is present from Module combo box.
7. You can select type of file to which you wish to attach menu from Form Type combo box.
8. You can select form or report from Form/Reports combo box.
9. To assign selected Form/Report you can click opn Select Form button.
10. You can remove selected Form/Report by clicking on Remove Form button.
11. Dashboards can have filters. You can map the filter with the form control by clicking on Map Filters button. (Refer to Map Filters on Dashboards )
12. If you select Menu radio button then you have to specify the menu to be assigned to the dashboard.
13. Specify the name for the menu in Display Name field.
14. Click on Assign Menu button for selecting the menu. (Refer to Select Menu for Link )
15. You can remove menu assigned to dashboard by clicking on Remove Menu button.
16. Click on Ok button to assign the selected data.
